ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES, and REPLACEMENTS require a receipt and explanation for the return, must be in new condition (not worn even ONCE outside), and in original packaging, and the original packaging must be secured within an appropriate size box for shipping.

Returns are only valid WITHIN 14 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND if you ordered the wrong shoe, the shoe doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind on the purchase. In all these cases you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you ordered the wrong shoe, the shoe doesn’t fit, or you changed your mind regarding the purchase AFTER 14 days of delivery and up to 30 days a STORE CREDIT will be issued with no expiration date. After 30 days shoes are not returnable.

Online sale shoes reduced 50% off and more are not returnable.

You may receive a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT if the return is a result of our error where you received a size you did not order or the product is defective. In these cases, we will pay the return shipping. Please allow up to one week for processing once the return product is received. In some instances REPLACEMENTS may take a longer period of time due to availability. If that is the case we will notify you immediately.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


We ship anywhere in the continental United States (48 states).

The first pair of shoes will ship for the standard rate of $9.95 and each additional pair adds a flat rate of $4.95.

Shoes that are exchanged will be based on the same shipping charge as stated above.

UPS STANDARD SHIPPING will be delivered in 3 – 10 business days. UPS does not deliver on weekends and holidays. UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. Box. Please enter a street address. USPS (postal service/priority mail) shipping is generally 3 days or less depending on the state. We determine which shipping to use depending on shipping destination and service in that area.

More rural addresses may be shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS).

In-Store Pick Up

Orders can be held for customer pick-up at the store. You MUST notify us regarding this special request.

Phone orders can be placed by calling 910.371.9881. Phone orders include tax.

Stock Availability

We cannot guarantee product availability at the time of your order since our stock changes daily. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via our online message system/email and provide a re-stock date or recommend a similar product.‚Äč
